Click here or below to find the addresses of private fleet storage facilities that may have received and may have distributed gasoline containing some quantities of elemental sulfur and/or hydrogen sulfide (the "Gasoline"). The Gasoline was in the market for a relatively short time period in May/June 2004. As specified in more detail in the Settlement Agreement, Motiva Enterprises LLC, the manufacturer of the Gasoline, has agreed to pay timely filed and documented claims of consumers who received the Gasoline during certain time periods from the facilities listed. The inclusion of any particular private fleet storage facility on the list does not necessarily mean that the facility actually distributed the Gasoline during the time period.
To the extent that any one of the private fleet storage facilities may have distributed the Gasoline, the facility and its personnel would not have known of the problem with the Gasoline and the potential impact that the Gasoline could have on certain makes and models of cars, trucks and other vehicles until Motiva became aware of the problem in late May 2004 when it suspended sales in these markets and issued media and consumer advisories. The potential or actual distribution of the Gasoline by the private fleet storage facilities listed did not affect the fuels distributed by the facilities both before and after this event.
